The original owner (Florida) owned it for one year and traded it in for a longer 337RLS. We have carefully maintained our trailer including keeping it in a climate-controlled garage the first two years and fully covered storage (3 sides and roof) the last 6 years.

The exterior is washed and waxed regularly while the roof is inspected, washed and treated with Thetford rubber roof cleaner and conditioner. The interior and appliances are like new and the carpet is steam-cleaned each season.
